I do not need a ‘judge’ to tell me what ‘natural born’ means... I have known what it means since I took the Constitution test in school... some 40 years ago. I am NOT a ‘natural born’ US citizen... I was NOT born on US soil... These legal scholars in all manner of elected and appointed positions take great pleasure in remaking the Constitution..

NO judge or act of Congress can bestow ‘natural born’ citizenship upon anyone. Only two US citizen parents giving birth to their child upon US soil creates a ‘natural born’ citizen. ‘Natural born’ US citizenship is akin to a birthright... government cannot give it or take it in spite of the claim to the contrary. Napolitano should know better than to subvert the Constitution.

Why do you think the Obama crew produced a born in the USA birth certificate for Barry? Hillry is to going to ignore a second Harvard Law Schooled ineligible junior senator... My guess is she has already judge shopped the perfect place to file.
