CRUZ STARTED IT by allowing the attack on Trump’s wife. Explain how he allowed it. The GQ pics of Melania were released by an anti-Trump PAC, completely out of the control of any campaign.

No, but he almost certainly signed-off on it. Liz Mair is NOT a novice, she knows FULL-WELL that you don’t launch into an attack of that magnitude without APPROVAL.
In other words, Trump is NOT going to put up with cute little stunts like that.
