Cruz has a record of tailoring specific attacks/lies/ dirty tricks relative to the state he is trying to win. We know lies and smears aren’t beneath him or without his knowledge.

Well, yeah! I’d say that those in control of the “GQ model photo” are GQ and the model. They are the ones that voluntarily entered into the agreement to have the photos taken.
