That’s not a disavowal. That’s a denial.
A disavowal would be on the lines of him stating the add was despicable and a low blow.
He did nothing but deny he did it.
The fact his campaign didn’t do that ad — contrary to Trump’s claims — is good enough.
And sorry, but this just isn’t getting the media play you’re hoping for. More important issues are happening in the world these days.
