We’re already talking 5 yrs. here. How ‘temporary’ is temporary??

Course, even ones OWN children are on a ‘temporary’ basis...~18yrs./when they leave the nest /s

Again, we find GOVT in the mix and having it all FUBAR; instead of making the process of adoption EASIER, govt places hurdle upon hurdle upon....Yet, have NO qualms re: welfare brood-mare and child-neglect/endangerment/abuse.

I'm not arguing the point here... I just wish the foster parents had attempted early on to adopt her.
