Asked earlier this month whether she'd be indicted over her use of a private email server as secretary of state, Hillary Clinton responded: "It's not going to happen."
Though Republicans characterized her response as hubris, several legal experts interviewed by the Associated Press agreed with the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination.

At least it wasn’t Helen Thomas :-)
Oh, there's PLENTY of "law" for the peasants.
Just like in France, 1788.
I get the feeling we haven’t heard the worst of it. I suspect she was selling classified info, not exactly selling, but using it in exchange for donations to the Clinton foundation. If that’s the case, that’s high treason, a death penalty offense. And if that IS the case and they do not charge her, that info is going to be leaked to the public and all hell is going to break loose. But then again maybe not because we have a sitting US President who has blatantly committed acts of treason on numerous occasions and nobody says squat about it. Freeing 5 Taliban commanders for a defector to the enemy? ho ho nothing to see here, move it along.
At this point, what difference does it make?
Experts:
Bill Jeffress, a Washington criminal defense lawyer
Nathan Sales, a Syracuse University law professor
Jon Michaels, a national security law professor at UCLA
Brad Moss, a Washington lawyer
They had to consult with experts?
First 3 President Family Dynasty?
Fugeddabouddit as long as Obama is in the WH.
Trump may very well go after her, however. I think he sees it as illegal and a national disgrace that should be adjudicated.
“The relatively few laws that govern the handling of classified materials were generally written to cover spies, leakers and those who illegally retain such information, such as at home.”
Gee, where was Hillary’s email server located again? Oh that’s right, it, along with the classified documents she illegally stored on it, was in HER HOME.
This is a textbook example of why those laws were written.
AP?
Yeah, no bias there... /s
“rules only apply to us little people”
Well, the “big people” always would like things to be that way, but what they forget is that if the law doesn’t apply equally, then people simply stop relying on “the law” to serve justice.
There is no escaping justice, if you try to slip out of it like Hillary and her ilk, eventually the mob will dish it out, but it will be a lot uglier.
Hoho.coughhaha hack coughhahahaha crackers! that was a good one!! I can’t breath hahaha!!!
I had a Basset Hound named Gus who would croon a beautiful, heartbreaking soft howl with his eyes closed everytime he heard Etta James sing At Last.
rules only apply to us little people
Perhaps Ted Cruz will lead her prosecution?
That’s great! Gus was a good boy.
