That is not what he meant and everyone knows it. He was talking about keeping terrorists out of the U.S.
Are you opposed to that? If you are then say so. Stop making up things about “shutting down all business and commerce.”
And you should know dumb by your assumption that he said that as a fact in your depiction. Your disingenuous implication is stunning when we know the whole issue of closing the borders is on the specific point of illegal immigrants using it for a super-highway to our taxpayer funded benefits in addition to an easy pass-through for the drug running as well. Trying to conflate it as anything more is “just dumb”.
