Karl Rove was on Fox a bit ago saying that the early voting ballots in AZ had Rubio (and maybe others?) on the ballots.

So the vote at this moment shows only ~77% of the total votes. Rove pointed out that 23% of the early voters voted for someone other than the three that are still in the race!
