CA is Winner-Take-All by Congressional District. Winning a district gets all 3 delegates instead the usual breakdown we've seen 2 to 1.
In 2008, McCain (42%) who won CA got 155 delegates and Romney (34.5%) 15 delegates.
Fox B just now saying that the polls are still open in Arizona because of the yuuge lines. Think they will be open til 9 pm (AZ time).
