I don’t think it is.
Provo is in Utah County. It should be one of Cruz’s best counties as it is a huge Mormon County.
It doesn’t look like Salt Lake is deviating from the state average. If you think about it, the non-Mormons there probably are more likely to vote Democrat.
Trump’s best hope is Summit County (Park City), where there is a resort community and non-Mormons.
My guess is that Cruz will finish well above 50%.

Bern and Cruz have all won same states in lower 48, apart from Cruz’s win in TX.
Its uncanny.
As I typed that, most of Summit County (Park City) popped in and Cruz nearly cleared 50% there (44%). All 40 delegates in Utah look Cruz bound.
For the night, it will likely be:
Trump +58 (AZ)
Cruz +40 (UT)
Uncommitted +9 (American Samoa)
Provo and Orem have BYU and UVU, born draw a significant number of young people from around the country, many who take residency. That’s a bit of a wild card in the mix.
