This is the first prepared speech I have heard Trump give. Not at all the stream of consciousness campaign rally stump speech.
This was carefully crafted, lots of detail, nuance.
You must hear and listen carefully to this speech.
I never have heard a Presidential Candidate give a more Pro Israel speech, there isn't one negative word about Israel in this speech.

I appreciate and applaud most of DT’s speech. But someone Pleeeez tell him to ditch the TelePrompTer. Indeed, his support would keep up at least ten points if he took it and smashed it to smithereens on u- toob And national tv. (In the last 7 years, the public has learned to associate politicians using TelePrompTers with back-stabbing liars hellbent on destroying America and grinding the American people into the dirt. Need We point out the chief example of this phenomenon? I think not. Suffice it to say, DT would not even have to explain smashing a TelePrompTer — he wouldn’t have to say a single word - the public will get the message immediately.
I understand he didn’t use it. I could be wrong.
I agree, although one point of quibble I don’t think Iran is still the major sponsor of terrorism in the Middle East. He is a little out of date on that.

Yes, pretty good. He moved from elementary school level speaking to middle school level. Impressive he was still able to mention polls and the danger he faced being grand marshall of a pro Israel parade. Even mentiond his soon to be born Jewish grand child. But he didn’t pander.
There’s a time for talking off the cuff, and a time for a pre-written speech with a teleprompter. This was the latter.
As for Obama, he even uses it (or at least used to) in press conferences. Imagine how the media would have reacted if Dubya ever did that! They would have claimed Cheney was feeding him answers from an undisclosed location!
I’d say the current White House is #1, Saudi Arabia is #2, and Iran is #3. I don’t object to Trump being diplomatic and leaving the drug-addled bigot and our wealthiest “ally” in the area out of this.
No he won’t. This was just pandering. No country has its embassy in Jerusalem and for good reason.
Oh. Super! He speaks quite well anyway. Doesn’t need TelePrompTer. He could bring a few notes of its a longer speech and it would still look a lot better than another TOTUS

I have relatives that hate Republicans and call them Jew haters, but they vote for Presidents who were Dems that were Jew haters like Wilson, FDR, Truman, Carter, Clinton, Obama. Under these Presidents Jews in the first few cases and Israel in the later cases have been hurt by Dems sticking it to the Jews.
The Rabbi that walked out must be from the J street Reform Jewish blame Israel crowd. I don’t consider them Jews.
I would say without doubt that is is easier among the born again and Evangelical easier to find true friends of Israel than among the J street pro Pally crowd.
In Israel the honest, decent, honorable Gentiles of the religious right are truly appreciated. If your such a Christian and you want to feel at home visit Israel, you will be treated as family and as friends.. Jews have many enemies, but for you they will show the warmth you deserve.
Iran still supports Hamas and Islamic Jihad, as he pointed out, not to mention Hezbollah.
I listened on the way home (blast, I didn’t know he was in DC today!). Now, THAT’S what I’m talking about!! Wow,, what a speech! I was astonished by the Fox panel’s negativity!

My parents have been 4 times. It definitely is on my ‘bucket list’. I want to make the trip with my sister who is a devout Christian. We’re really close.
After the speech Brett had all anti Trump sour pusses on. I immediately switched to Lou Dobbs for a breath of fresh air.
