Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) tore into GOP front-runner Donald Trump on Monday, calling the businessman a "loser" and a threat to America.
"Just because [Trump] is a loser everywhere else doesn’t mean he’ll lose this election," Warren added on Twitter.
She said Trump "knows he’s a loser. His insecurities are on parade: petty bullying, attacks on women, cheap racism, flagrant narcissism."
Her comments come as Democrats are stepping up their criticism of Trump and pushing GOP leadership and vulnerable lawmakers to denounce him. Republicans have been wary of completely cutting ties with the businessman and his supporters, whom they will likely need in November.
Some Republican lawmakers are scheduled to meet with Trump on Monday.
The Twitter remarks are the latest in a recent string from Warren, who has been increasingly willing to take rhetorical shots at Trump as he's continued to dominate the GOP presidential field.

She seems to be getting a significant amount of press when she speaks on anything regarding the election. Wouldn’t surprise me if she is somehow going to be on a ticket, perhaps VP?
