I watched the speech carefully. I don’t think he did use a teleprompter, I think he had it memorized more or less. The teleprompter was up there with all of the speeches.
If he didn’t use a teleprompter, that just makes his speech that much more impressive.
Right. An IQ around 174 with a little time to rehearse can pull this off easily.
