It is as if Clinton’s speech is just to pander to the audience (not news for politicians).
She made a couple of references to Trump without mentioning his name. Said they would hear from other candidates this evening and some will not have the same policies as herself and similar comments.

Yes! And I hope that members of the audience won't stand up and walk out when Mr Trump is speaking! I hope he will get ongoing applause.
