Almost 5AM here and this was not how I planned to start my morning. Kasich is reading, but I will bet that Donald will speak from his head and heart! He may have notes but not to read!
I will watch the presser while waiting for THE MAIN EVENT! Any bets if FauxNews will cover all of The Donald's speech? They seem to be giving the postman's son full coverage.
