Cruz eligibility case at Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Docket Sheet for Case 29 MAP 2016

Cruz filed his reply brief yesterday, and appellant Elliott filed an application for oral argument. Two amicus briefs have been filed, and one application for intervention.

Mary Brigid McManamon and Einer Elhauge argue that being born abroad precludes NBC.

Einer Elhauge also filed an amicus brief in the still pending NY case, although that case is on shaky procedural ground, the complaint having been filed over two weeks past the (3 day) deadline.
