FBI chief James Comey and his investigators are increasingly certain presidential nominee Hillary Clinton violated laws in handling classified government information through her private e-mail server, career agents say.
Some expect him to push for charges, but he faces a formidable obstacle: the political types in the Obama White House who view a Clinton presidency as a third Obama term.
With that, agents have been spreading the word, largely through associates in the private sector, that their boss is getting stonewalled, despite uncovering compelling evidence Clinton broke the law.

Far better than even money. That Hillary won't be prosecuted is the safest bet to make.
[...Doing so opens up a flow of investigations...]
You mean like the ones currently going on with hillary and going nowhere?
No, nope and Hell NO! Comey has been had!
The FBI in time will state its case, but the Department of "Justice" will simply delay the whole matter until after the election, and then promptly sh*tcan it.
I think it would be highly unethical for any FBI or police investigator to go public with such charges. However, if Comey is moved to resign in protest, all bets are off.
I still think class envy will kick in to some extent when the “little” people realize the Clinton’s used a public office to make themselves billionaires and evade taxes all the while claiming to be poor.
She only has two choices and neither of them involve continuing her campaign past some point. One of then will not be of her volition. Barring a decision to withdraw, I suspect a great tragedy will befall Hillary that will take her out of the running. Of course it will be an accident.
They won't care about all that... what drives them to her camp will be promises for "pay equality" and government-paid freebies. Once Hillary starts airing out all those "piece of the pie" bromides, her support level will increase. They just aren't going to hold her to a high standard by any measure.
I know “they” won’t care about that. They don’t have a say until November. Hillary’s fate has either been decided or is close to being decided. They have no say in that.
I meant.. “they” as in her voting supporters. And they are legion.
Not to the same extent as Obama. FWIW, turnout for Hilary’s campaign events have been sparse. There doesn’t seem to be much excitement. Her legions must be taking it easy.
For now, yep.
Some people though O’Malley would be a good candidate.
