Funny you mention that because I noted a similar pattern in Indy. If I am remembering correctly, over a million dollars were spent with either FBI or Homeland security (some gov acronym department, can’t remember) who spend the entire week fishing for NFL copyright infringement around town. I think all they ever netted was a few pirated t-shirts. That’s where the taxpayer money goes. Not to mention, building multi-million dollar stadiums for the NFL to use on the taxpayer dime. I’d be happy if they just packed up and left town, never to return. Same with the NBA... to hell with them
