If he could ever focus effort and communications on substantive plans rather than waste time on petty issues and his "ratings" obsession he might be able to reduce his 65% negatives sufficiently before the general election so he would actually have a chance of beating Hillary. Instead, like some insecure Hollywood has-been, he dwells on perceived personal slights and some people's understandable questioning of his self-proclaimed perfection (e.g., the ludicrous "nobody reads the Bible more than me"), and stews and blows up about people that don't "love" him.
