I believe they do. What’s happening now is the dotting and crossing. When the FBI drops this on the Lynch it’s going to be both air and watertight to 5 atmospheres.

I think I see a new angle.
The recent SAP revelations of her private server indicates that when she is prosecuted, even the President would face charges if he were to pardon her. So, the prosecution and conviction play out into the new year, assuming she becomes President as Clinton II, but then to pardon her, she would be recused. Congress would then be called upon for impeachment proceedings, and we would be left with the 2nd Impeachment of a Clinton Presidency.
There must be a Bible Code out there on Clinton Impeachment.
