He is used to people talking in tongues and shouting ‘amen.’
If he’s smart, he will have someone write a speech for him to give but nobody called him smart.
I don't think Trump has given a serious speech in his life. He doesn't do scripted addresses. He'll get up there and wing it and give a barely comprehensible talk that's heavy on praise of him and absent of any concrete solutions.
