Bravo to a unification of Donald Trump and Ted Cruz.
That renewed collaboration would show Republicans know how to work together to focus on bettering our country.
I am totally in support of this suggestion. Excellent!

I don’t think that will happen. Just read on Facebook that Cruz is asking for a recount on Missouri from yesterday.

Trump will most likely be a one term president, which would set up Cruz as his successor.
I'd worry about a Clinton/Sanders ticket to counter.

Cruz has no shot at winning the nomination and even if he helps the GOPe in stopping Trump they’re not going to pick him as the nominee. Cruz has more to lose than Trump in the end.

Makes sense for the 2 biggest vote getters to unite. It’s a ticket that covers the conservative base and then some.
To: Jim Robinson
An over exaggeration, there are a handful that see it as a negative towards the general, and believe there are better choices.

Just being brutally honest.
I am/was a nerdy guy who got more emotional intelligence later in life.
So I identify intensely with Cruz.

I hope the rumors that Cruz is speaking to Trump’s people is a fact. This makes the most sense at this time. The GOPe can rot in hell.
To: Jim Robinson
Yes! They should announce it together, tell both sets of supporters to vote Trump moving forward and Cruz will be the V.P. And the reason should be the Republican Party has stated openly that they will not allow Trump or Cruz to become the nominee. The GOP itself is threatening to disenfranchise its own voters by taking away their right to self-determination. Trump and Cruz are splitting each other's vote, and if they unify, they can get rid of Kasich, smash the party leadership, push well past the minimum number of delegates, and finally stop the Washington cartel.
Can you imagine of all Trump and Cruz voters coming together? Every state moving forward would be 75-80% Trump/Cruz, and all the conservative infighting would be over. And their voters are the most engaged.

“Cruz also doesnt really add anything to the ticket to begin with.”
It is statements like that that are exactly the problem. Personally I don’t think your mindset adds anything to the discussion.

You mean the GOPe puppet masters who control him demanded that he ask for a recount in Missouri.

Trump can do MUCH better than lyin’ Cruz. Cruz is a globalist, and the last thing we need is more GOPe ...ya...establishment...establishment IS globalist...in the Senate. They already lack balls. They need someone WITH balls and globalists ALL lack them.
Get someone in there, other than grampa munster...who can and will do a good job.

Can he trust Cruz? He seems too slippery for reliance. I wouldn’t.

Cruz will pull in evangelicals like Palin did with McCain in 08’. In my rural area there were no McCain signs up until he selected Palin, then they came up everywhere.

If Trump gets to 1,237, Cruz is on record to support the nominee.
Trump/Cruz will unite to deny the RNC a brokered convention.
Thanks for the post.
