Posted this on my FB, and that area does not surprise me when crap like this happens, other than Langley AFB there are parts of it that are a cesspool that I made sure to avoid for I worked there for a couple of jobs years ago.

I grew up a block from that apartment complex in the 1960s. It was like Mayberry RFD. The area north of Kecoughtan Road started changing for the worse in the mid-1970s.
