I put green olives in mine. They used to do a skillet chili in a Miami restaurant I frequented and I stole their idea. I also do the cheese on top.

Yum!!! Green olives sound awesome, nice brine taste.
Sometimes I put the cornbread at the bottom of the bowl and put the chili over it and dig out the saturated cornbread.
