Here is a cspan vid where she was talking about occupy wall street experience. There are two curious things ... she uses the phrase "I can't believe that cop threw me down" in the occupy vid, and Terris says "He threw you down" .... in the Trump video.
in the occupy vid, she is kneeling on the ground and police are holding her by the arms, getting her up, and they could just as easily be helping her up after she fell on her own. There is certainly no violent handling of her and no vid of her being pushed down by cops.
She has a very strange affect. Oh, she has a book coming out in June.

I used to respect Michelle Fields, who is a conservative. She has totally destroyed her credibility with this fake crap. Probably her career as well.
It looks as though the man passing swung her in an arc around him, but not so that she went toward the ground or lost her balance in any way.
I would take offense at being manhandled like that, but I wouldn’t call it an assault.
I’ve gotten giant bruises that I never felt the cause - aspirin will do that.

Problem there is that you don’t know how to read a police report. Just a misunderstanding on your part, doesn’t mean you’re stupid for running hard on something that you’re ignorant about.
That is a CATEGORY of assault, not a specific allegation.

b. Knife or Cutting Instrument
c. Other Dangerous Weapon
d. Hands, Fists, Feet, etc.
e. Other Assaults—Simple, Not Aggravated
