Ice, honey, 15 on and 15 off, over and over....if you like chiropractors, get to a good one to make sure that hard fall didn’t put the spine and hip out, and they also do that electronic stim- the one with the stick, and the one with the wires. Sorry I don’t remember the exact names...but, they really do seem to help people.
