Prior to 1989, the term “assault weapon” did’t exist. It is a political term, developed by anti-gun freaks to expand the category of “assault rifles.
What anti-gun freaks call “assault weapons” function like every other normal firearm i.e., they fire only one bullet each time the trigger is pressed and as the title states and the video shows it’s a semi-automatic.
Assault rifles and assault weapons are fully automatic.
Wrong. The term “assault weapon” was invented in 1944 by Adolf Hitler. He used it to name the MP44 rifle, which fired a 7.92X39 cartridge. He named it the “sturmgewehr” or “assault rifle”, or “assault weapon” , depending on translation.
