I just wanted to say my overall goal for the thread, since the context of our thread was brought up. I did and do indeed notice you starving the trolls!
Sometimes, after a few posts have back and forth with a person, you notice you have a troll (one who has to answer every reply, and therefore the last word). At that time, you start starving them. UNTIL you notice, though, you treat them like a normal person.
Every single politically-inclined person is a big basket of double standards. I know I am. If I had the time or the interest, I could show you are, too. It is part of the territory.
Laz, you have been kinder than most, many of whom have attacked me personally without factual support for their name calling and attacks.

BTW, a few years ago, onyx was in agreement with me on an important issue here on FR that saw a large number of threads hotly debated and treated me like a good friend. I disagree with her WTR Trump and she calls me nasty names and stuff. Funny, huh? I suspect that is how Groupthink causes people to join groups and causes just so they will be “liked”.

The request was not to insult other posters by calling Trump supporters here brain dead, dumb, idiots, having no morals, etc., etc. I do not want to go back through various threads saying who said what.
The SAME thing applies to any one who insults a Cruz supporter.

NO ONE is being forced to be a supporter of any of the remaining candidates. One can even insult the candidate here (I don't think any of them are FReepers, let alone post comments). But when one ridicules the commenter, even if they said bad things about one's candidate, well that does not nor ever gives anyone the right to attack that commenter.
THAT is what I asked.
