In Wisconsin, when Tommy Thompson was governor we had welfare reform. And then of course, Bill Clinton took credit for it. Then Obama took off the job search requirement for food stamps and those numbers soared. In states that require drug testing for welfare recipients, the numbers went down. There will always be the leeches of society. 94 million Americans are not working. Many because the jobs are not there. The moral of the Country is at an all time low. It’s not going to happen overnight, but Trump will make America great again!!
