Today’s vote in Wyoming was by county chairmen and committee members only, and it only decides one half of Wyoming’s delegates.
Total vote was about 900, and Cruz got 66%.
They have another vote in April, a state convention, where the other half of the delegates are decided.
I assume anyone who pays an admission fee at the state convention will be allowed to vote.
That is a really weird voting process. It is more like admission to an exclusive country club than a primary. There have to be over a million people in Wyoming. 900 people voting seems a bit ridiculous.
