I do believe he colluded with the people in the GOPe that planned on using that chaos at that rally to harm Trump.

We are talking about getting to the bottom of something, not getting a court conviction. This is CIA not ABA thinking. Nobody gets convictions in international politics, and seldom in domestic politics (should happen more often); but first we have to figure out what's going on, and that has nothing to do with courtroom standards of proof.

I see some Republicans trying to take advantage of the riots and Cruz/Rubio/Kasich use word for word identical rhetoric, rhetoric which incidentally is similar to that of the rioters. The fact that they all recently met with Bush coupled with the fact that Bush is associated with Ayers... I would put nothing past the Republicans, and in particular the Bushs.
I don't *know* that the Republicans has apart in orchestrating the organizers, but it's not impossible. That's the point. If Bruce has some info let's see it. Her saying so doesn't make it so, but I wouldn't be at all surprised either.

You're making a very tricky call ..... Unless he attended one of their meetings, it's really tough to accuse him of complicity with their plans, just because he continues to campaign against Trump and to raise arguments against voting for Trump.
The only things you've got so far are Heidi's continued employment at Goldman (Vampire Squid Inc.) and the announcement that Neil Bush has joined Cruz's team, which is a very bad sign and one move I hate to see Cruz make.

Cruz shutting down the government over Obamacare brought the attention to Obamacare that McConell/Boehner did not want.
Cruz, more than any other single event, built the 2014 win.
Perhaps pubbies didn’t participate in planning the event but knew the event was being planned.

Is Ted Cruz a one trick pony? The senate needs him to be with them and on duty 24-7. The late NC Senator Jesse Helms frequently faced equally monumental calls and he was more qualified to be a president of the US than Cruz who cannot possibly be paying full attention to the job he was elected to do. Just pointing out the obvious.
