Believe it or not, Teddy Cruz was once my first choice. Of course, after his disgusting comments blaming Trump for the demonstrators, I have written him off.

Okay, I see why you might not support Cruz anymore, but why do you through in with Trump, who said free speech advocates were to blame for a jihadi mass murder attempt in Texas?

Trump's statements blaming victims for a Muslim murder attack are about the most outrageous things ever stated by an American politician. Why do you give Trump a pass on that?

I am not looking for the perfect candidate. I am not looking for one who is most like me. Sure there are things I disagree with Trump. I am balancing the good and the bad with what overall is best for this country. And of all the present candidates Trump is far ahead. The left is petrified of Trump. Why else go to all this trouble?

Initially I also overlooked things Cruz did, but they kept growing, among them his obsession with Trump, his antics at one of the debate, etc. Not that long ago I still hoped that Cruz and Trump fractions would make up. Blaming the victim for not being PC or blaming guns or a flag for crimes crosses the line.
