I think the political rallies don't fit the statutory language of "restricted building or grounds," plus, the federal government selectively enforces law in such a way as to work harm. If black thugs can patrol a polling place and intimidate voters, and get away with it; if Hillary can reveal state secrets and get away with it; and the list goes on and on. Looking to the law for relief is insanity. it's good for academic and entertainment purposes, sure, but that's about it. Everything runs on brute force, period.
