Ticket has conditions on it. I’ll suggest another charge, incitement. Like yelling “fire” in a theater, disruptive actions might lead to dangerous physical reaction on the part of other patrons.
Actually if you look at his website you would see that there are no restrictions on the ticket.

Incitement alone is not a crime unless it's linked with a criminal offense. I'm not sure what the offense here would be.
