Disturbing the peace. The ones who swing, assault.

If they take a swing at someone then yes I can see the assault. But what they are doing doesn't fall under the definition of disturbing the peace.

They are at a PRIVATE RALLY and are under the protection of SS and thus have a little bit more to worry about with the House Rules
