Cruz (my top choice) is wrong on this.
Evil thugs created the environment for violence. The thugs include Bernie, Hillary, Obama, and their money backers and minions. Trump did not create the violence or the threat of violence; it was the bullies who planned to disrupt to prevent free speech.
Liberals are evil and Trump only provided them with the opportunity to show their evil in public.
