holy crap I just actually listened to it and it's worse then it appears. He basically gave lip service to "yes, the protesters are wrong" but then went on and on and on about how it was REALLY trumps fault that violent protesters disrupted and were violent at a campaign event.

It was despicable. He could have done the American people a favor and said that violent disruptions should not be tolerated and left it at that. But no...he had to blame violent protests on Trump. As if violence is an appropriate response to disagreements on public policy. Wow. Scum.
