I have no issues with a voting age of 25. You must also pass a simple 5 question test on the Constitution. You must also show identification.
And that would be unconstitutional without a constitutional amendment. HOWEVER if a state wanted to require a written test for 17 year olds, it would be perfectly legal.
Personally, the less federal intervention, the better IMHO.
