Trump needs to highlight which he often does the local police where ever he visits. Trump will be talking about Chicago going forward and he will applaud the Chicago Police Dept for their great work. Same with NYPD
Maybe Trump can do an impromptu visit to a Chicago Police Station as a personal thank you and highlight how horrible the crime is in Chicago.
