Ugh! Get ready for the non stop conga line of liberals and GOPe press statements trying to blame Trump with the endless loop of police clashes with protesters as the backdrop. The media will play this up before Tuesday to hurt his turnout.
Going to wait for all the media reports of how violent and unruly Bernie supporters are, just like we hear how rough and violent Trump supporters are. But I’m not going to hold my breath.

You’re so right! I’m a boomer and I plead guilty to what you said. I trusted that the public school system was teaching my kids the same civic awareness, love of God and Country that I was and that my parents before me learned. It’s only now, looking back, that I realize I should have said something the first time I heard them mimic something not quite right. That I should have turned the PTA upside down the first time the school system started teaching things that only we, as parents, should be teaching our kids.
My children are all productive adults with mostly Conservative views. But the processes by which they arrive at their most important decisions seems to rely entirely too much on the constant cacophony of media and social site consensus. They have little idea how the history of this nation plays into what’s happening today because they’ve been taught so little of it. What they have been taught is that all things are relative and that everyone can have their own reality if they choose. I have no excuses for not doing what my father did for me in insisting that I learn how fortunate I was to be an American and that I could do so because a lot of blood had been shed so that I could. He taught me that war was bloody and ugly and heartbreaking but necessary especially if we weren’t vigilant in guarding our freedom.
It looks like I didn’t spare them after all. The trust that I taught them to have for our government to always have it’s people’s interests at heart isn’t justified any more. The enemies that I lulled them into thinking were nowhere near us and our safe little bubble are among us, especially in our halls of government. But I was too busy being a proud American enjoying the most prosperous and peaceful time after WWII. Now it looks like my grandchildren will never even dream what I got to live because I didn’t protect it. I can hear my Dad saying “I told you so. Why didn’t you tell them?”

Yes they have been given a sense that theory are the majority by Ofail, the Dems and the MSM. At some point they will need to be faced with the fact that they are not.

Sorry, you can't define US constitutional system in one word. But since you are so sold on republics, I'm sure you're a great admirer of the People's Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of North Korea, etc.
