If they have fewer enrollment numbers they will have to take lesser qualified candidates i.e. a dumbing down of their student body.

But I don't think they will suffer financially. Since the BLM d-bags are close to the president's heart, I am sure this university will get a bailout, via yet another executive order, to make up for any financial losses.
