I apologize that my statement came across like I was implying something about you. That is not what I meant. Reading it back, it did not say what I was trying to.

I should have phrased it differently. What I meant, was something in general about all people and when I said being uninformed about anything, I meant being informed on anything, in general. Not just about elections or candidates or politics. Just any topic.

I was making a general statement, not geared toward any specific people. That’s why I said people and not Trump supporters.
