Obama isn’t a failure? Wait until Trump starts to unload on his and Hillary’s failed foreign policy, border security, and PC wars.
And Reagan didn’t overcome Carter until after both conventions were completed and they debated one another one-on-one.
There is plenty of time.
Of course we see Obama as a failure, but we aren't representative of the electorate at large anymore. The country has moved hard left since the days of Reagan.
