Ultimately will not matter, as January 19, 2017 will go down in history as Pardonmageddon.
To: Spunky
This will spark a civil war.

Lynch is stalling. It would knock Hillary out of the election, which it should, at a minimum.

She is just stating the facts and she is correct.
A better question for anyone who knows: Is the FBI recommendation part of the public record or can it be kept under seal?
If it can be sealed we may never learn what or what wasn’t recommended by the FBI.

If Not elected - “we” can indite her.
If elected - “we” can impeach her.

"Department of Justice is not required by law to do so, are they are you?"
Vetting has become a joke in government. I doubt most of these people couldn't pass a background check to be a cashier at the local grocery store.
This type of conduct and application of law produces nothing but bribery, blackmail, and legislation for hire.
Sure beats working at the local grocery store though!

Whether on not Hillary gets indicted has nothing to do with the evidence or justice; it has everything to do with what Obama decides to do and how much she has on Obama with which to negotiate IMO.

Lets hope she doesn't get elected. She's beating Trump in poll after poll, so we can draw our own conclusions as to likelihood of that.
To: Spunky
I just want her indicted. That would be enough to make her unelectable.
Anything else is gravy.

I just want her indicted Same here, but problem is.. who would indict her?
To: Spunky
If Lynch does not indict, then she should be impeached because she is not fulfilling her oath of office. But, then if that were a possibility, Obama and most in his administration would have been impeached already for failing to fulfill their oath of office.
