“Ted going to “overperform” back to Senate.
Well, maybe...
I read here last week that Cruz had the LOWEST tally of any sitting person running for higher office in TX history.
Maybe the homies think they can do better.

“no Bush or Bush operative would support anyone who is tough on illegal immigration.”

That Cruz has convinced some that he’s an “outsider” should be put in Ripley’s Believe It Or Not”.

Cruz graduated from Princeton University in 1992, and from Harvard Law School in 1995. Between 1999 and 2003, Cruz was the director of the Office of Policy Planning at the Federal Trade Commission, an associate deputy attorney general at the United States Department of Justice, and domestic policy advisor to President George W. Bush on the 2000 George W. Bush presidential campaign.
That’s absolute fact. But wait, there’s more.

As domestic policy advisor Cruz was the main point man for GWB’s amnesty program during his first term.

His wife is is also as establishment as you can get.

In 2003, she worked for the Bush administration on economic policy, eventually becoming the director for the Western Hemisphere on the National Security Council under National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice in 2003.

Look for both GW Bush and Jeb Bush to endorse Cruz before the Florida primary. He’s their man and he’s always been their man.

Mixed – A semi-open or semi-closed environment, unaffiliated voters can choose to vote in either primary or can switch registration the day of voting

Hi Kit Cat!

Sorry I didn’t respond to your post on yesterday’s thread:

“Seattle has always been special to me. When I lived in Alaska, we’d fly to Seattle to shop. And it was the best stopping-off place when flying to Hawaii or the Lower 48. So beautiful there!

Is “Henry’s Off Broadway” still there? Loved that restaurant!”

No, unfortunately Henry’s went away some years ago - great ambience and great food. We used to take people that came in from out of town there. It was a bit of old elegance and charm with great food and top service. My Mother always commented on the carpet - she loved it. While not the same, she had the same hue of green carpet installed in her basement.

To say nothing of Ted taking the name of the Lord (His God?) in vain. (As in a vanity) to aid himself in his ambition. Somewhere I seem to remember Christ telling how he would say to some, “Depart from ME, I never knew you.”
Not my call, but how it appears to some of us.

Looks like it’s getting more unlikely - Cruz blaming Trump is not only a personal attack, but puts Cruz in a very questionable light.

I think the tinfoil is wrapped too tightly around your head.

You should get that checked.

They’ll be fine. Might all be a part of the plan.

After all Trump did take most of Ted’s platform (And the TEA PARTY’S) to run with.
