Yup. Trump has a big lead with early deciders. Late deciders will probably go Kasich/Cruz.

But late deciders might go more for Kasich/Cruz but that doesn’t mean Trump gets none of them. This is like if everyone dropped out the last establishment candidate standing would get all those votes.
