"Remakably high LDS population."

Is that a snowbird/retiree thing, or natives, or both? I've been all over Kauai and the big island and never met one or passed a temple.

Well over 5% of the population, and strong in the native Hawaiian community.

Mormons are huge in Hawaii. I believe there’s a major temple on Oahu.
