Don’t think it is WTA unless you get over 50 in every district. So I don’t think he was going to win them all regardless. That’s what I heard at least.

Mississippi is proportional for State-wide delegates. Each district (4 districts) is winner-take-all if a candidate gets over 50%. Otherwise it goes 2 delegates for the winner, 1 delegate for second place.

But there is a 15% threshold for both State and Districts, so it looks like it will end up being close to 24 delegates for Trump and 16 delegates for Cruz, depending on each district’s counts.
