awesome I"ve got 2ź 1863 issued Colt Navys( .36), one with 5 notches carved in the butt. I can only imagine... All Colt stamps marks are mil stamps and check out with Colt archives . But whether it was CSA or not I'll never know . I can only imagine. if only old guns could talk....
