Yep. Anytime you have a ballot that’s going to require a human being to determine what the intent of the voter was, you’re asking for trouble. You could see how certain districts might decide to do one thing if, say one part of the ballot has been checked, but the other part is left blank, while other districts might handle it differently. You can tailor make what you’ll do in such situations to various districts to make the outcome optimal for your candidate. Trump’s campaign needs to get a ruling on how these scenarios will be handled, beforehand.
